Example checkpoints for a scoped 90-day sprint. Your plan reflects the use case, dependencies and agreed acceptance criteria.
A commercial commitment with an explicit delivery boundary.
Choose the baseline and the outcome with your team. Review time, cost, quality and adoption without confusing released capacity with realised cash savings.
A sprint can establish a useful capability. It does not promise that an entire business becomes AI-native in 90 days.
Third-party costs and any additional scope are identified in the written proposal. Tax treatment is confirmed before purchase.
If the agreed deliverables do not meet the written acceptance criteria, we continue the agreed corrective delivery work without additional delivery fees until those criteria are met, subject to the engagement terms.
New or changed scope, delayed client access or decisions, unavailable or unsuitable data, third-party outages or changes, and third-party usage or licensing charges are not automatically covered. Dependencies and responsibilities must be recorded in the agreement.
Any financial-return commitment must define the calculation, measurement period, included costs and client responsibilities in writing. The published acceptance assurance is not an unconditional guarantee of revenue or profit.
Bring the opportunity and what you know about its current cost, time or quality.
